Welcome to Stanyer Cleaning Services Ltd. We are dedicated to giving you the very best bespoke plan to service your cleaning needs, with a focus on trust, quality service and dependability.
We were formed in 2000, serving the Ross-shire, Sutherland and Inverness-shire areas across the northern Highlands with window cleaning services. The business grew quickly into a regular monthly service of over 500 customers, both residential properties, and commercial offices, lodges and hotels.
Since then, we have come a long way! Within 2 years of building this side of the business, we extended our services to basic end of tenancy cleans, builders cleans and spring cleaning. Before long we had secured contracts with local housing authorities, letting agents, landlords and solicitors. Due to the nature of the properties involved we included property clearance into our remit. Before long we were becoming the `go to’ company for the more extreme clearances, encompassing hoarders, drugs dens, bio-hazard contaminated properties, and then into trauma scene cleaning and remediation, and fire damage cleaning.
What We Do
As much as we still service the `basic’ cleans as the core of our business (end of tenancy, builders cleans etc), our main focus and talent is the projects that require special training and experience. Our staff are well trained and experienced to cater for the more challenging aspects of the trade which need a bespoke plan and action for each project.
Our services can be accommodated across the whole of the northern Highlands, with other projects out-with these areas being considered.
Many of our projects encompass sensitive and emotional stories, involving family members and friends of our clients, so our ability to act with discretion, and customer trust and loyalty is second to none. We offer a bespoke quality service that allows the client to relax, knowing they are in good hands with minimum fuss. We endeavour to give our customers complete trust, with the only interaction after a job beginning being just the collection of a key when starting, and drop-off of a key when finished, leaving you with a worry free experience.
